Mike Hennek

With over two decades experience in the transportation industry, co-owner Mike Hennek offers vast expertise, a wide range of capabilities, and a unique perspective to every school district with which 4.0 School Services works. For his accomplishments in the bussing industry, Mike received the prestigious Golden Merit Award from the National School Transportation Association in 2004.

Mike began his career as a mechanic, literally working his way from the ground up in the School Bus Industry.  The combination of his mechanical aptitude with his managerial skill and public relations proficiency enabled him to build an exceptional, comprehensive approach to transportation challenges. It is this collection of talents that has led to the inception of innovative budget remedies, efficient transportation operations, and turn-key solutions that are the hallmark of 4.0 School Services today.

Mike knows the challenges faced by administrators with limited resources and is committed to providing exceptional school services to suit both the needs and the budget of any school district.

Mike was born and raised in Mankato, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and kids, and restoring old muscle cars. 

Andy Bright

As co-owner of 4.0 School Services, Mankato native Andy Bright faces a variety of interesting tasks and unique challenges every day. With dedication and persistence, Andy maintains focus on supplying solutions and providing excellence in service. It's these qualities that make his job rewarding to him and make his efforts valuable to his clients.

With a calm and personable demeanor, Andy is well-suited to managing the day-to-day operations of 4.0 School Services. In this capacity, he is particularly adept at developing new contracts and maintaining positive public relations with all clients and locations.

Before coming to 4.0 School Services in 2001, Andy was a site manager for his local bus transporation company, devising innovative methods for working within limited school district budgets. Considered one of his most valuable contributions, Andy's re-routing system achieved cost-efficiency while maintaining the highest quality bus service for the students.

Started his career as a bus driver in 1999 where he acquired firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of the profession. Literally "sitting in the driver's seat" allowed Andy the perspective to approach and overcome industry obstacles with skill and experience.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation from Minnesota State University of Mankato. Andy is currently a resident of Delano where he lives with his wife Jeana, and their two daughters Presley & Peyton.

Angie Hennek

As co-owner and bookkeeper for 4.0 School Services, Angie Hennek brings years of school bus transportation experience along with valuable organizational and decision-making skills to the 4.0 team. Angie attended Rasmussen Business College and began her career as a bookkeeper in 1988. Beginning in 1991, she took on the responsibilities of school bus driving and in 1994, became co-owner of Prairie Bus Service along with her husband, Mike. Currently she and Mike live in Webster, Minnesota, along with their six children. Angie enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading and traveling in her spare time.
