Tracy Bus Service is located 160 miles southwest from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area in Lyon County and has been a 4.0 community since 2008. 

Tracy is known nationwide for the annual Labor Day weekend Box Car Day Celebration.  Many people claim that it is the biggest parade in Southwest Minnesota.  Recreational activities in the city include activities at the lake, golf course, hunting, camping, biking and more.

Tracy Schools has approximately 800 students Pre-K thru 12th grade.  Tracy School District's mission statement is, "Education as a Lifestyle", which means that learning never ends and extends the belief that all people can get better at what they do.  Seventy-five percent of students are involved in a co-curricular activity.  There are eleven varsity sports that are offered at the High School level and several programs are available at the junior high and junior varsity levels as well.  Fine Arts is also an activity that has been growing over the years and has become popular among students.
